Sustainability-related disclosures (information according to Art. 10 of SFDR)
Bizcap EU Management S.à r.l., a limited liability company (société à responsabilité limitée), having its registered office at 18, rue du Village, L-6240 Graulinster, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and being registered with the R.C.S. Luxembourg under number B297108, acting in its capacity as managing general partner (associé commandité gérant) and which also acts as registered alternative investment fund manager (the “AIFM”) within the meaning of Article 3 the Luxembourg law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers, as amended (the “AIFM Law”) of Bizcap EU S.C.Sp., an unregulated investment vehicle, qualifying as an alternative investment fund within the meaning of the AIFM Law and in the process of being registered with the R.C.S. Luxembourg (the “Fund”), which qualifies as a financial product according to Art. 2 (12) of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of 27 November 2019 on sustainability-related disclosure requirements in the financial services sector, as amended (“SFDR”) the following information according to Art. 10 SFDR.
The Fund is considered to fall within the scope of Article 6 of the SFDR. As such, the Fund does not follow a dedicated environmental, social and governance (ESG) investment strategy and sustainability is neither the objective, nor a mandatory part of the investment process of the Fund. In particular, the underlying investments of the Fund do not take into account the EU criteria for environmentally sustainable economic activities.
The AIFM does not consider directly at its level the principal adverse impacts of its investment decisions on sustainability factors according to article 6 SFDR.
The Fund does not consider adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors within the meaning of article 4 SFDR, given that the Fund does not follow a dedicated ESG investment strategy and sustainability factors are not a part of the Fund’s investment process.
